EAt Sonora Grill Group we work every day to offer our diners, among other things, unique and unforgettable experiences through constant innovation. This has led us to be an inclusive company that adopts and respects trends, as well as worrying and taking care of the environment.

The Sonora Grill Group Sustainability Department was born 3 years ago, in which high-impact projects have been materialized that allow us to be kind to the environment and the community. Today there are 3 interesting projects:

Responsible fishing

We opted for a more human and ecological model, so in terms of fishing and seafood, a fair trade plan is carried out that supports families and communities in Mexico.

Ba'am Water

The word BA'AM means water in Yaqui, the language of the Yaqui indigenous people in Sonora, Mexico.

BA'AM water is a project born from the intention of reducing SGG's ecological trace through environmental strategies and solutions. With this, we eliminate the use of 2.5 million plastic bottles, replacing them with reusable glass bottles that also allow us to carry clean water of the best quality.

NotBURGER

In alliance with NotCo, Sonora Grill Group offers delicious plant-based hamburgers that in addition to being a nutritious offer, they don't sacrifice flavor, consistency and the original juiciness of the meat. Made with pea and rice protein, as well as fruit and vegetable extracts, ideal and perfectly selected ingredients so that when mixed they achieve a great flavor.

Having the best meat in the world is a challenge, but creating a zero carbon trace is an even bigger challenge that we will seek to achieve in the coming years, hence the interest in creating sustainable projects.
